As of September 22,2021, All players who are 18 yrs of age and older must be fully vaccinated.

Parents and spectators who are 12 yrs of age and older must be fully vaccinated in order to enter the BMO Center.

All players will be required to have received their first dose ( shot) By September 22 and be fully vaccinated by October 31,2021.

Those who can provide proof of a medical exemption will be allowed to enter our facility and  to participate in our programs.

All individuals who wish to enter the BMO Center will be required to present this information as well as a piece of Government ID at the doors.

Masks are still mandatory for everyone coming into the BMO regardless of age.

Hand sanitizing is also a must when entering our facility.
